The Braber PHA9G is a 9" post hole auger built for use with the BE-PHDG post hole digger. Boring clean 9"-diameter holes to a full 40" depth, it's well suited to setting larger fence posts, footings, and medium trees — and reaches deep enough to set posts below the frost line for stability.

Forged from high-tensile steel for high-torque digging, the PHA9G is the direct replacement for the legacy BE-PHA9G.

The PHA9G is purpose-sized for Braber's BE-PHDG post hole digger. Its 9" flighting diameter produces standardized commercial and agricultural holes for fence posts, footings, and tree planting, while the 40" drilling depth sets posts deep for stability and frost protection. The auger's single-flight design moves loose and moderately compacted soil up and out of the hole efficiently, keeping the bore clean as you dig.
