The Braber BE-23MS is a 23-bushel (29 ft³) ground-driven manure spreader built to haul and broadcast manure, compost, and bedding across fields, pastures, and gardens. Its 2-wheel ground-driven design needs no PTO — just tow it behind an ATV, UTV, compact tractor, or lawn tractor, and the wheels do the work. A low 27.5" loading height makes filling easy, and fully welded 12-gauge steel construction with industrial powder coating stands up to the job for the long term.

Load, Tow, and Spread — No PTO Needed

The BE-23MS turns a messy, manual chore into a quick pass across the field. Load it at the barn or stable, tow it out, and as the ground-driven wheels turn, they drive the apron chain — a 5/16" gold zinc-plated T-rod chain running over a high-density 3/4" poly vinyl apron bed — to feed material steadily toward the rear. There, an 18" steel beater with 8 replaceable paddles breaks up the load and flings it out in an even, thorough spread. An adjustable chain tensioner keeps the feed consistent, and because the whole system runs off the wheels, there's no PTO required — making it ideal for ATVs, UTVs, and other vehicles without one.
