Power Transfer With Built-In Protection

A PTO driveline is the telescoping, universal-jointed shaft that carries power from the tractor's PTO to the implement's gearbox. What sets this one apart is its slip clutch. When an implement suddenly overloads — hitting a root, a rock, or a shock load — something in the driveline has to absorb it. Instead of a shear bolt that breaks and needs replacing, the 4-disc slip clutch momentarily slips, letting the friction discs give way under excess torque and then re-engaging once the load clears. That protects the driveline, gearbox, and tractor PTO from damage — and does it again and again, with no parts to replace after each event.
